Content wasn't very difficult but there is A LOT of content being covered and you have to memorise ALL OF IT if you're looking for a decent grade. Teaching style was very dry (you basically jsust copy and paste what the lecturer is doing/reading from the slides). First half of the course (cash flow statement and leases) is the most difficult part and the mean for the mid-sem was around 48. Other half is easy and the mean for the exam was much higher.
