A really interesting class for anyone interested in Greek and Roman mythology, with a bit of Maori mythology mixed in. The lecturer was incredibly engaging, and the content was interesting. The most challenging part to me was the group project, in part because of having to navigate group dynamics, and in part because I felt like I could have used a bit more prior knowledge about Maori culture to contextualize the myth we were using. Conversely, I really loved that we were given multiple options for the format of our writing assignment (essay, blog post, or creative writing).
