Description: An advanced analysis of the development and implementation of strategies for enhancing supply chain performance. Includes a critical evaluation of strategic issues, tradeoffs, performance metrics, human and financial aspects, and their relation to supply chain design/operation; and a critical reflection on the roles of sustainability and humanitarian logistics. Includes provision of a research-informed business case.
