Description: Addresses the construction project life cycle including essential aspects of construction projects such as estimating, construction planning, logistics, budgeting, tendering, contracting, procurement, risk management, occupational health and safety, cultural issues, and legal constraints. Digital tools are used where relevant. Case studies are used to reinforce the application of theoretical ideas to the successful running of construction projects.
