Description: New technologies and innovative ideas and information pose challenges and provide opportunities for business and society. Topics will be drawn from intellectual property protection and the commercialisation of emerging technologies, data governance and privacy, blockchain, artificial intelligence regulation, sustainable management of resources and risks, issues related to compliance, and on-line dispute resolution.

Prerequisites / Restrictions

Prerequisite: 30 points at Stage II and BUSINESS 115 or COMLAW 101
