Description: Calculus is a branch of mathematics that provides an understanding of the changes between values that are related by a function. Students will learn how to manipulate mathematical equations, read trigonometric functions, differentiate to get functions that show rates of change, and integrate to obtain formulas that describe things that are not visible. Logical thinking and reasoning, algorithmic processes and problem solving will also be studied.
