Description: Evaluates professional communication, organisation and management skills that will enable students to work effectively as dietitians. Students will describe and appraise nutrition information, dietetic expertise, judgement and reasoning to the nutrition assessment, intervention and evaluation of nutrition and dietetic process plans. Introduces the principles of food service systems and public health to optimise nutrition, health and well-being.
