Description: Consolidates and expands previously acquired knowledge and skills to an intermediate proficiency in everyday authentic French language. Delivered through two 90-minute sessions per week on campus, blended with on-line learning tasks that use extensive multimedia materials. A range of activities are used to develop speaking, listening, reading and writing skills and students’ strategies for autonomous learning. Note: Students with NCEA level 3 French should enrol in this course. May not be taken if a more advanced language acquisition course in this subject has previously been passed.

Prerequisite: FRENCH 102, or approval of Academic Head or nominee
