this course came in clutch for my gpa. i have no idea how i managed to get the grades that i did, especially on the mid-semester test, but hallelujah. i'm not much of a movie watcher, but there was genuinely no other choice to fulfill the requirements of my asian studies major (this dept needs so much more funding, dont do asian studies as a major), but you can get by with only watching a few (one for your tutorial presentation, two or three for mid-sem, and then a couple of episodes of a few dramas for the essay). lecturer is approachable and willing to help a student out if they ask for it. good for any korean media lovers!
